The peaceful ambiance and top-notch service further enhanced the experience. However, the dining experience fell short of expectations in terms of speed and quality of service.
The hotel impresses with stylish luxury, award-winning wines served by professional staff, and decadent en-suite bathrooms. While the service was a bit stiff, efficiency and warm hospitality shone through. The location offers extraordinary views across vineyards to the mountains, completing a memorable package. Dining was amazing but could enhance variety. The facilities were modern and convenient.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were so lovely and luxurious, with every little detail thought of, facing a beautiful courtyard. The only downside was that they were only made up in the afternoons. With 3 restaurants available, dining options were great.
The hotel blew me away with its beautifully furnished and extremely clean rooms. The fine attention to detail and assortment of amenities made it stand out. The location was excellent within vineyards but close to Stellenbosch, providing a heavenly feeling. The dining experience was delicious with a very nice hot menu option but could be improved with a bigger variety. Overall, a luxurious stay worth the money.
The Lanzerac hotel is truly out of this world with spacious rooms that are among the best I have ever stayed at, luxuriously decorated, warm, and very spacious. The experience was so lovely and luxurious, with every little detail thought of. The Deli restaurant and Brian really added to the experience with brilliant and efficient service.
My stay at the hotel was truly luxurious and delightful. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable, providing a lavish ambiance with direct access to the serene garden. Although the courtyard-facing setup was beautifully decorated, the presence of a large shower and clawfoot tub added a special touch.
